Shipping up to CO
Mon Nov 02, 2009 1:04 pm
Hey moonies.
As some of you know but most probably don't, I'm moving to Colorado. My father has recently gotten a job transfer, and we will be moving on the second weekend of November. This seems to be a good move for everyone in my family, as we have been in Texas for 15 years and we all want a change. It's getting pretty close to the move date now, so you might not see me online as much. I'll try to get a post up right before we unplug our router to let you all know. Once it's unplugged it shouldn't be more than 2 weeks before I'm back online. Just wanted to let those who didn't know about the move know, and fill in those who did.
Sincerely, Dj.

I'll miss having you online. Can't you get a ferry or have a runner take you there?

It has been done, but we'll still have to unpack the router and modem. And somehow I don't see that as the first thing coming out of the boxes.

Of course we are! Also: they now have a Famous Dave's here. There's one back in North Dakota and the BBQ there is so amazing and addicting. The one here is every bit as good. Highly, HIGHLY recommend it.

I agree with V- very clever comment, Johan! As for our beloved Uber Noob- we will miss you and look forward to getting you back in game. I should warn you.....Colorado will take you breath away. Not only because it is soooo beautiful...but the altitude will kick your ass! HEED WHAT I SAY- and ask Laura if you dont believe me! Drink plenty of water on your way there and once you get there. Altitude sickness is no fun! I used to live in Colorado, and when people came to visit, we always had to give them this speech lol Hope you have an awesome, awesome trip! And no offense to Texas.....but Colorado kicks its ass! LMAO
PS. If you get a runner, make sure the rez shrine has a restroom nearby

Ok guys and gals, this will be my last post until were in Colorado. The router will be unplugged tommorow evening. So I'll try to play tonight and, if possible, in the afternoon tommorow. It probably won't be 2 weeks before I'm back online, but it might be that long before I'm back to playing as much as I am now. If you need to talk to me about anything, I'll be on tonight. Otherwise it will have to wait until Saturday or Sunday.
See ya soon, DJ.

Whoa...this made 2 pages. .
Btw, I'm back...sorta. Still have alot to unpack. We don't even have our beds out yet. I should be on more, but no guarantees on how long the sessions will be. Oh, and ROFL at the random comments above. ^^
