This is a thread for listing your favorite PvE builds that you've found to be the most effective for general party-based use. Please post your own, and/or discuss any builds posted by anyone here. Here's a list of my own favorite PvE builds, and I'll update them as they change.

Notes:

- Earth Prayers can be lowered to 6+1 and Mysticism to 2+1 to increase Scythe Mastery to 12+2+1.
- If playing in a team with a party member that can easily maintain "Save Yourselves!", consider changing the skill for another PvE skill.

Could definitely use some UPDATED Necromancer ones. PvX isn't exactly up-to-date...and they ALL are based on PvP it seems...even when you click the PvE one -.-

I find survival is stacked in favor of the Channeling Rit in those. Sometimes it's the right choice, but not always.
I often use this variation:
Give Vampirism to the Communing Rit, at the expense of Flesh of my flesh usually. (unrelated, I alternate between Wanderlust and Signet of Ghostly Might for the elite depending what I'm fighting)
Instead of Vampirism, the Channeling Rit can equip Gaze of Fury (especially if facing enemy Rits), Splinter Weapon if you're worried about getting bored in between spawning spirits Smile or your physicals can use the extra damage, or even Destruction, although I'm not a big fan of it.
The loss of Vampirism's healing can be offset by the healing from spamming spirits while under the influence of Boon of Creation. If there is sufficient rezzing capacity in the team, I sometimes bring Spiritleech Aura instead of Flesh of my Flesh to relieve the pressure on the healers.

Not saying they're better than your originals, just different, and from my experience, perfectly viable alternatives.
When I'm the only Rit, I often play the exact Channeling build (with Vampirism) that you posted above, but I like to mix it up once in a while.

When put together, we often have the SoS drop Vampirism and have the Communing add it, since channeling is often Flexible. The SoS instead would take Destruction.

Those are good Variants though =).

Scott's and my communing doesn't require vamp these days, so we let the SoS take it when we dual. Our communing uses wanderlust as an extra spirit instead of taking Signet of Ghostly Might (SoGM). If you do go with SoGM, then giving the communing vamp is okay while the channeling takes destruction or something else. Sometimes spirit rift is a good replacement.

I find that channeled strike is better than spirit rift. Only difference is that CS hits faster but for forty damage less. It's all preference really.

The biggest difference in my opinion is that Spirit Rift is an area effect spell, while Channeled Strike only hits one opponent. Which to me would make Spirit Rift better for most PvE situations.
